My computer constantly comes up w/ the classic “microsoft explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close” message comes up on my pc about every 30 seconds. How can I fix this? I have ran numerous test and there is no spyware or virus w/ the exception of CNSMIN spyware which I cannot remove. Can anyone help?

Rebuild the computer. That the only real way to make sure everything is cleaned and working well. If you don’t know how to do this though, don’t.
